GRS is looking for an Administrator for a very well established Construction company in Limassol to support office organisation, supervision, and coordination due to increased business activity.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily office operations
  • Evaluate project proposals
  • Communicate with authorities regarding building permits
  • Keep partners updated on project progress
  • Process and record invoices and orders in the company software system
  • Support accountants with quarterly closings
  • Prepare payments to suppliers
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers
  • Provide executive and administrative support
  • Maintain files, agreements, invoices, and documents
  • Organize and archive documents
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proficiency in Greek and English
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Time management and planning abilities
  • Initiative and responsibility
  • Professional and courteous attitude
