MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Run the administration function.
  • Support the CEO’s daily routine.
  • Coordinate client communications
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Manage client onboarding and KYC information collection.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
  • College/ University degree or other similar qualification.
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge of accounting will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to take initiative in presenting solutions.
  • A contributing team player good communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail.
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Professional conduct and presentation.
