MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle daily office administration and correspondence

Maintain and update filing systems and records

Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

Support the management team with documentation and reports

Assist with office supply orders and basic bookkeeping tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience in an administrative role
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Strong communication skills in Greek and English languages
-
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Positive attitude and team spirit
