MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Issuing invoices and maintaining records
-
Managing supplier & staff payments
-
Deposits and monitoring cash flow
-
Preparing documents for the accountant and supporting monthly/annual closing
-
Organizing and managing appointments, telephone calls & emails
-
General administrative support (filing, communication with partners, etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience
-
Good knowledge of computers and MS Office programs (Word, Excel – knowledge of ERP will be considered an advantage)

Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
-
Organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
