On behalf of our Client, a well-established Service provider, GRS are seeking to recruit an AML Officer to join their continuously expanding team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established and expanding Service provider. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting and reviewing client information to comply with internal and local requirements.

Communicating with clients and updating client files, risk classification and escalating cases to the management.

Supporting departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.

Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and relevant governmental authorities.

Maintaining up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization’s business activities.

Briefing and reporting to Management on matters relating to internal AML Manual and other related policies and procedures.

Reviewing and updating the Company's AML Manual and other related policies.

Μaintenance of the AML system and the preparation and submission of all relevant regulatory reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 1 years of relevant experience

Relevant Degree
-
Knowledge of EBOS AML software.

The Bar Professional Training Course and admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.

Greek and English fluent
-
Excellent communication skills and approachable candidate
