An established Fintech company with offices globally are looking to hire a Head of MENA Sales – Arabic Speaker for their offices in Dubai. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Management and development of the local office, ensuring that it operates effectively, professional and at group quality standards

Identify new business opportunities that may arise in the region

Follow market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely.

Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners/clients mainly locally and also abroad

Hiring and training of employees in communication with management
-
Collaboration with the Groups’ top management
-
Work with the Marketing Department to ensure effective business development promotions

Attend expos and corporate events both regionally and also globally in order to generate business
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years of sales experience in the Forex/Financial Brokerage industry
-
Experience of the local UAE market
-
Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business

Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Fluent English and Arabic is essential
