DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate tasks from a global online system

Liaise with medical/logistics providers, assistance hubs, and local offices

Track appointments, medical reports, and invoices

Support policyholders with creative solutions when standard methods don’t work

Assist with translations, registrations, and payments
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree or relevant work experience
-
Fluent in English and Turkish (Greek would be a plus)

Strong IT skills and fast typing ability

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Willingness to self-study local and regional knowledge

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help people
