A boutique fitness centre in Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS to hire an Assistant Front of House Manager to become one of the key faces of their brand. Combining the standards of a luxury boutique hotel with the energy of a premium fitness studio, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their members receive a seamless, personalised experience from the moment they walk through their doors.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Front of House Operations
- Welcome members and visitors with genuine hospitality.
- Conduct club tours to prospective members.
- Manage bookings, memberships and client profiles.
- Handle enquiries and resolve member requests professionally.
- Promote memberships, retail and food & beverage products.
- Complete opening, closing and daily sales reports and procedures.
- Maintain immaculate reception and member areas.
- Studio Operations
- Coordinate daily class schedules and trainer check-ins.
- Ensure the studio and workout rooms are prepared before every class.
- Carry out facility checks and report maintenance issues.
- Share member feedback with management.
- Food & Beverage and Retail
- Prepare protein shakes for in-house and Wolt orders.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, stock and merchandising standards.
- Assist members with retail purchases and product recommendations.
- Studio Standards
- Support housekeeping to maintain 5-star cleanliness.
- Monitor member amenities and clients’ training towels.
- Manage lost & found property.
- Assist with opening, closing and security procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented.
- Confident using technology and learning new systems.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts.
- Positive, energetic and a proud ambassador of the brand.
- Working Hours
- Monday–Friday - 06:00–14:00 and/or 14:00–22:00 (8-hour shifts including break)
- Two Saturdays per month - 07:00–14:00
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €15,000 - €16,200 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
