GRS Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established and reputable legal and corporate services provider, seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their team in Limassol. This is a unique opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in Real Estate and Probate to become part of a dynamic firm that offers a high level of professionalism and client service. The successful candidate will primarily focus on Real Estate and Probate matters, with the flexibility to be involved in additional legal areas if desired. The firm works with an international client base, and candidates with UK experience or exposure to international clients will be at an advantage. Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) law would be considered beneficial.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and overseeing property transfers.

Advising clients on probate and estate administration matters, ensuring compliance with Cypriot and international regulations.

Providing legal support across additional practice areas as required.

Liaising with clients, authorities, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

Drafting legal documentation, agreements, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.

Keeping up to date with legal developments and advising clients accordingly.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Law.

Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

Fluent in Greek and English – both written and spoken.

Strong experience in Real Estate and Probate law.

Exposure to UK legal matters or experience working with international clients in Cyprus would be advantageous.

Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) law would be beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong client management and communication skills.
