DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively seek out, hunt and engage prop firms and brokerages to license the Condor Platform.

Present the features and benefits of the Condor Trading Platform, demonstrating its value to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals, ensuring a high conversion rate from prospects to active clients.

Arrange Demo walkthroughs with interested firms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Positive attitude, competent and extremely motivated to succeed.

Quick learner.

Proven experience in a similar role within the financial industry, especially brokerage and prop trading companies.

Experience in selling technology will be considered as an advantage but is not required.

Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and brokerage services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
