MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Oversees daily back-office operations and office administration to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage financial records, supervising administrative processes, preparing reports, and supporting operations leadership
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance productivity and streamline processes
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functions
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems effectively
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate project workflows
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in back-office and operations management
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in business management tools/software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
