GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with an investment company and are looking for a detail-oriented individual for the position of Back Office Officer to add to our dynamic team in Limassol (on-site). The Back Office Officer will play a key role in ensuring transactions are processed and monitored smoothly, meeting compliance standards, and providing excellent service to our clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and communicate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for funding transactions.
  • Perform KYC and due diligence checks.
  • Facilitate daily client withdrawals through approval, preparation, and execution processes, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain records of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4).
  • Conduct ongoing client monitoring for AML purposes.
  • Investigate and resolve suspicious cases.
  • Settle transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers).
  • Monitor transactions performed through the company, comparing them to received instructions and sorting any discrepancies.
  • Send account statements upon request.
  • Archive all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations, etc.).
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Register disputes and chargebacks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Register and open new clients’ accounts in the company’s software.
  • Amend and terminate clients’ accounts in the company’s software.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic/Advanced CySEC examination is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Additional languages (Hebrew, Dutch, Spanish) are an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and target oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
