A long-established company that provides investment services to private clients and legal entities is currently working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Back Office Officer for their Limassol based office. The successful candidate must have previous working experience in a similar position, within a brokerage company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cross border settlements of fixed income and equities (Euroclear, Clearstream, DTC)
  • Controlling over unsettled or unpaid proprietary and clients’ trades.
  • Reconciliation of bank and custodian positions: own/clients
  • Reconciliation of trade discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or in any other related field
  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role, within a brokerage company
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
