GRS Recruitment are searching for a Brand Ambassador to be based in Paphos Airport on a Temporary Contract. If you are looking for a short-term position, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Training will start on the 17th of April and the contract will start from the 27th of May and run until the 29th of September 2024.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell the products using benefit sell conversations to existing and potential consumers

Inform other manufacturer users about the products/offers

Ability to analyze the brand information for sales approach to be perceived as an expert

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and consumer relationships

Proactively interact with consumers

Overcome the "no" and turn it into a "yes" and a sale

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and supervisor

Supply management with reports on consumer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Continuously improve through feedback
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven work experience in direct sales

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Ability to communicate freely

Good English language skill is a must

Must be able to travel to Paphos airport
