A leading fintech company with offices in Limassol is currently looking to recruit a German speaking Client Relations and Support Officer for their team.  The successful candidate will speak fluent German and English and have previous experience in customer service.  If you want to join an established company with growth opportunities, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based German speaking Client Relations and Support Officer role.     
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing existing and prospective clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner.
  • Promoting the company’s financial products and services.
  • Achieving daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Developing business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
  • Keeping up to date with the financial markets and communicating these to clients.
