An international property development office based in Nicosia is hiring a Business Administrator to join their growing team.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the financial industry and be fluent in English.  If you are interested in joining an established company, then please send us your CV for this Nicosia based Business Administrator role.  
  • Store all data on the internal files
  • Maintaining corporate archive and documentation
  • Manage contracts execution process and coordinate correspondence
  • Communication with authorities on Cyprus, support in documents legalization process
  • Maintaining corporate archive, register of agreements, PoAs etc (in electronic and paper form)
  • Coordinate office activities (liaising with landlord, main office suppliers, regular office related payments)
  • University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Legal
  • 3 years’ experience as an executive administrator/PA
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in a bank/ investment fund/family office is preferred
  • Self-driven, strive for achievement
  • Effective time management, ability to efficiently work with limited supervision
  • Acquiring & applying technical expertise
  • Building & sustaining relationships
  • Problem solving & analysis
  • Written and oral communication with impact
