A company which aids and advise to Gaming companies is searching for an Office & Facilities Management Executive to join their team in Malta. You will report directly to the Deputy CEO and COO and be responsible for the smooth running of the office and facilities management functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Maltese and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including but not limited to, front office, event logistics, cleaning, and facilities management
  • Improve departmental policies and procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment and furniture whilst purchasing and maintaining stock levels of general office supplies
  • Responsible for office health and safety measures and ensuring they are continuously updated to reflect optimal standards
  • Support, assign and manage the administrative staff including front office, housekeeping, and courier services
  • Maintain office condition and cleanliness and be the first point of contact for facilities management
  • Plan and coordinate in-house and off-site events while ensuring meeting rooms are adequately resourced and set up.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required
  • Professional level of English and Maltese is required - written and verbal
  • IT Savvy
  • Proven communication and organisation abilities
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent time management.
