GRS Recruitment is looking to hire a Russian speaking Business Analyst to collect, structure, and maintain requirements for internal financial, investment, and document management systems in Limassol. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the development team across the full delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements definition through implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Current and upcoming initiatives include integrating the company’s ERP platform (built on Odoo) into a broader corporate ecosystem, implementing an electronic document management system (EDMS), and delivering multiple integrations with external solutions, including payment providers, banking institutions, and business data services.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicit, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, diagrams, user manuals, and change logs

Manage and refine backlog items in Jira; maintain requirements documentation in Confluence and Google Docs

Model business processes and system interactions using BPMN, UML, and flow diagrams

Develop and validate hypotheses aimed at improving product and process KPIs

Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, resolving edge cases, and tracking scope changes

Participate in UAT planning and execution; gather, structure, and document feedback from stakeholders and end users

Research and evaluate software solutions aligned with business process needs
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software development projects

Experience managing the full requirements lifecycle and change management processes

Strong expertise in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Practical experience in creating process models and system diagrams

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and diagramming/prototyping tools (e.g., Diagrams.net, Figma, Balsamiq)

Fluency in Russian, both written and verbal and intermediate level of English.

Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and/or financial, investment, portfolio, document, or reporting systems will be considered a plus

Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, and system integrations sufficient for effective communication with developers will be considered a plus

Strong curiosity and willingness to deeply understand financial and investment workflows

Analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and mitigate risks early

Clear communication skills, able to translate complex topics for both business and technical audiences

High level of ownership and accountability for requirement completeness and clarity

Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks or projects without compromising quality
