GRS Recruitment are working on behalf of a well established brand in Limassol who are searching for a Business Analyst who is passionate about improving how businesses work through technology, smarter processes, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will help shape and support digital transformation initiatives by analysing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions. You will act as the vital link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value not just system changes. This is a full-time, office-based role in Limassol, ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy solving complex challenges and want to see the real impact of technology on business performance. Digital transformation succeeds when business needs and technology solutions truly align. As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in making that alignment happen. You will help teams move from current challenges to future-ready processes improving efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization. Your work will directly influence how people work, how systems operate, and how the business evolves.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across departments as part of digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities to enhance quality, performance, and compliance.
  • Map current and future-state processes using recognised methodologies such as BPMN and flowcharts.
  • Support the redesign of workflows to enable scalable and efficient operations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to validate processes and proposed solutions.
  • Act as a trusted partner between business teams and technology specialists.
  • Support the design and rollout of new systems and process changes aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Assist project teams during implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of implemented improvements.
  • Ensure processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and help strengthen capabilities across teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, System Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex processes and data.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, SAP Signavio).
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 would be advantageous
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting technology projects.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of RPA, AI-driven solutions, or broader digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting change management or delivering training.
