The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in turning business vision into effective technology-driven solutions. This position is at the heart of digital transformation, focusing on analysing, improving, and redesigning processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term value. Acting as a trusted link between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst ensures that transformation initiatives are strategically aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse, document, and optimise business processes as part of digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, as well as across multiple departments.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify operational challenges, and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.

Document current-state and future-state processes using recognised methodologies such as BPMN and flowcharts.

Support the design and rollout of new systems and process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop clear and structured documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and business and functional requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to validate process understanding and solution designs.

Support project teams throughout implementation phases, including UAT, change management, and post-go-live support.

Track KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of implemented improvements.

Ensure processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, translating needs into actionable solutions.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building across teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and simplify complex processes and data.

Hands-on experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, SAP Signavio).

Proven experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specifications.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
