GRS is working with a leading company within the property sector and we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Nicosia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative, internationally focused real estate business during a period of strong growth.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business enquiries
  • Proactively identify and engage property owners, developers, agents and institutions
  • Spend significant time meeting clients across Cyprus
  • Educate sellers on the auction sales process and guide them from enquiry to listing
  • Prepare tailored proposals and manage ongoing follow-ups
  • Work closely with internal sales and valuation teams
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to lead generation initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development / real estate / sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with the Cypriot property market is an advantage
  • Bilingual in Greek & English (written and verbal)
  • Full driving licence and own transportation
