Our esteemed client, a reputable Forex Trading firm, is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Agent (German Speaker) to join their team on a remote basis. In this role, you will oversee and elevate the end-to-end client journey, ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism, care, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting them through onboarding, responding to inquiries, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate, timely, and personalized communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client requests and improve processes
- Monitor client activity and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Strive to continuously improve the client journey and overall service quality
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluency in German and English
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success — ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
