DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Source new partner relationships to align with the company’s strategic goals.

Reach out to potential partners to introduce our offerings and assess their individual needs.

Arrange and conduct meetings (in person or remotely) to drive business development.

Travel to various locations and host seminars and educational events.

Provide onboarding support for new partners, including training on available systems and tools.

Communicate commission structures and negotiate as needed.

Promote the company’s products, services, and marketing campaigns to partners.

Consistently achieve business development targets set by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A degree in a related field or relevant professional qualification.
-
2+ years of experience in Business Development within the FX industry (a must).

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
