MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and identify all relevant upcoming projects and tenders in Cyprus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Ensure our client is pre-qualified and well-positioned in key projects.
- Coordinate internally with estimation, technical, and management teams during tender stage.
- Support senior management in market strategy and expansion planning.
- Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, leads, and conversion status.
- Achieve Key Objectives (KPIs) set by company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in business development/commercial roles in construction or real estate.
- Established network in Cyprus market.
- Fluent Greek & English.
- Strong PR, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strategic, disciplined, and market-driven mindset.
