MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Originating bridging, refurbishment, and development loan opportunities through your broker network.
  • Managing a personal pipeline of deals from enquiry through to completion.
  • Building and deepening broker, introducer, and developer relationships to maximise origination volumes.
  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Representing the company at broker meetings, networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Working closely with internal teams (credit, underwriting, operations) to structure deals and ensure smooth progression.
  • Providing market insights and feedback to support product development and strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven track record in originating bridging and/or development finance deals.
  • Established broker and introducer network within London or the Midlands.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience in financial services, ideally specialist lending.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
  • Experience launching or developing a new region/territory.
  • Skilled in presenting to brokers and introducers to win new business.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting criteria and deal structuring.
