On behalf of our client, a dynamic Forex Trading company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are looking for a highly motivated Greek-Speaking Conversion & Client Relations Representative. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated Greek-speaking representative and play a key role in establishing and growing  presence in the Greek market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire client journey, from initial engagement and conversion through onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing client support. You will work closely with prospective clients, helping them understand our products and services, guiding them through account opening and funding processes, and building long-term relationships that contribute to client satisfaction and business growth. This role combines the commercial mindset of a Conversion Representative with the relationship-building and service-oriented approach of a Client Relations professional. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to warm leads and existing clients.
  • Welcome and assist clients with account opening, financial transactions, and related documentation.
  • Identify client needs and present suitable products and financial solutions.
  • Manage the full conversion cycle, including guiding clients through account opening and first deposit.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct regular communication with clients to provide a personal approach and strengthen the company’s positive image.
  • Deliver top-quality customer service in line with company standards.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients when required.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide ongoing support to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Meet and exceed monthly conversion and performance targets.
  • Work independently with strong daily self-management and motivation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2+ years of experience in Conversion, Sales, Client Relations, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of the capital markets industry, including financial products, market terminology, and the regulatory environment of financial services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High motivation, ambition, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in brokerage, financial services, fintech, banking, or investment-related industries.
  • Knowledge of the Greek retail trading and investment market.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €30,000 - €36,000 Gross per annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
