GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established international brand within the fintech and digital marketing industry to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a global presence, helping businesses achieve growth through innovative marketing solutions and industry-leading events. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing. Working with clients across fintech and financial services, you'll deliver tailored digital marketing solutions while driving revenue growth.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with fintech and digital marketing trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3+ years' experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Background within a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing new business.
  • Experience working with fintech, forex, CFD, or financial services clients is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business growth.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €32,000 - €37,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
