GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established firm seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager in Limassol. The successful candidate must have B2B experience, fluency in English & open to travel. The head office is in Limassol with other offices in various locations in Asia and the Middle East. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol-based ‘Business Development’ role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, tracking progress and taking corrective action when needed.

Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and expanding the client base.

Articulate the value proposition of the products and services to potential clients.

Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and drive revenue growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.

Work closely with the Director
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven Sales Track Record in B2B Sales

Experience in business development or sales roles

Ability to lead negotiations and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.

Comfortable with trading and paper and board supply
