MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify New Business Opportunities
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and expanding the client base.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Use this information to refine strategies and offerings.
  • Work closely with the technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, tracking progress and taking corrective action when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven Sales Track Record in B2B Sales ideally within Payments 
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales or business development roles, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to lead negotiations and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry.
