This position offers a unique chance to leverage your sales and business development skills within the dynamic shipping industry, contributing to the growth and success of a private company that values its team and their contributions. As a Business Development Officer you will be preparing management proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing management proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
  • Managing tender processes, including gathering of information from various departments, creating content, etcetera.
  • Preparing presentations for new potential clients
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Producing Business Development reports
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of Business Development strategies
  • Updating Company presentations monthly
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in shipping or any other related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Time-management & organizational skills and ability to deliver multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
