DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Business Development and Marketing Manager with project organization.

Collaborating with Top Management to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Monitor Competitor Activity, draw conclusions and prepare research reports.

Track Complaints from the clients to resolution.
-
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
-
Promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-
Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.

Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether clients are satisfied with company services.

Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.

Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals

Assist by providing market-based feedback in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.

Managing appointments and client calls, and always on the lookout for new opportunities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, finance, marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of experience as a business development officer or similar role.

Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
