GRS Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Permanent Business Development Officer - B2B to join a dynamic marketing company based in Limassol. Our client is a privately-owned business with a close-knit team of employees, dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions. We’re looking for a high-performing sales closer with deep experience in selling to Fintech Brands and decision-makers. This is a role for a true sales hunter - someone with a strong network, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to drive revenue fast. The successful candidate will own the sales process – From prospecting to closing high-value deals and will Attend industry events and expos to build relationships and generate leads (some travel abroad may be required).
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the sales process – From prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Leverage your network – Utilize your industry connections to open doors and drive revenue.
  • Sell high-impact solutions – Offer unique marketing and visibility solutions tailored to Forex & fintech brands.
  • Represent the brand – Attend industry events and expos to build relationships and generate leads (some travel abroad may be required).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Forex & Fintech sales experience – You’ve successfully sold to CMOs, marketing directors, marketing departments and key executives in the industry.
  • Established industry connections – You already have the relationships needed to hit the ground running.
  • Killer instinct – You thrive on closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Digital marketing & PR knowledge – Experience selling Digital marketing and/or PR solutions to Forex and fintech businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills – Comfortable pitching to C-level executives.
  • Results-driven – You know how to navigate long sales cycles and push deals across the finish line.
