With over 15+ years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client is bringing business and technologies together to help their target companies reimagine their business using its creative business framework. For their newly established team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Specialist. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in the brokerage industry and thus your experience in B2B sales or business development within the fintech/forex sector is vital for this role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in fintech or brokerage industries, at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, trading platforms, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English language at a professional level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
