MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Oversee daily office tasks and administrative processes
- Create and manage documents, invoices, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate internal/external communication
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-ups
- Assist with reporting and general operational activities
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
- Coordinate shipments and related documentation
- Provide operational support to warehouse activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Basic administrative experience (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and dependable
