MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Defines project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

Defines resource requirements and manages resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
-
Outlines a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

Prepares a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities.
-
Manages delivery of the project according to this plan.
-
Tracks project and provides regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
-
Manages and adjusts for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
-
Identifies and mitigates potential risks.
-
Manages the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree with at least 2.1 grade (or equivalent) in management/economics/finance
-
5+ years in relevant functions

Strong knowledge of the investment banking products/financial services
-
Strong Russian and English language is a must
-
Analytical skills, being able to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.

Mathematical and budgeting skills.

Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate project team(s)
