A growing Financial Services provider to Forex Brokers and Financial Institutions, is seeking to recruit a Call Monitoring Agent for their offices based in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a call monitoring role within the Forex industry. Additional languages besides English will be considered as an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their next challenge.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
  • Quality Assurance Performance
  • Quantity/Deadlines
  • Provide feedback data to management
  • Required to have critical & logical thinking, analysis & research skills
  • Optional – Fast typing skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
  • At least one year of experience in the FX industry as a Call Monitoring Agent
  • Additional languages would be considered an advantage such as Arabic, German, Italian or Spanish
  • Knowledge of computer operations – Good Excel/Word
  • Be a good listener
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment
  • Efficient Typing Skills/Reports
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency in English
  • Strong critical thinking skills
