MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager/Client’s representative for new projects, renovations, restorations, repairs, etc.

Management, Administration, Co-Ordination and Supervision of the Civil and Building projects, ordered by the Technical Manager

Management Services provided for all parts of the Project Cycle - from Inception to Completion (including new works, maintenance works, renovation works, demolition works etc.)

Monitoring the Planning and Design process and the Tendering procedures, Advising the design team on construction strategy and contract and Negotiate best possible prices for individual project

Following the progress, controlling cost & quality and ensuring compliance with the approved Project Programme and budget in cooperation with the design team and/or 3rd party Consultant and Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with the approved budget
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Master’s Degree will be considered as advantage.

At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, building and civil engineering projects

Fluency in Greek and English language

Excellent communication skills
