MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Remote client support, communication by phone, skype, mail, chat

Conducting presentations of investment products to potential clients

Assistance in account opening and other customer questions

Interaction with other departments on various tasks (client and internal queries)

Updating client personal data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
High communication skills
-
Experience in financial companies (is an advantage)

Computer literacy and experience on Microsoft Office tools
-
Detail-oriented and focused
-
German native speaker and additionally, the manager should have a good command of English.
