GRS Recruitment are working with a payment solutions provider, who holds an EMI license and are looking to recruit a Client Onboarding Officer to join an international team, at their Nicosia based office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, resolve, escalate any issues in relation to the onboarding process

Ensure that KYC/Due diligence information/documentation provided by clients fall within the Company’s requirements

Conduct ongoing client reviews and Due Diligence
-
Work closely with Customer Support to make sure that the AML procedures are followed
-
Perform client’s negative database screening through software such as Bridger and resolve/investigate the possible hits

Create and maintain accurate and concise records of all investigations undertaken including details on the rationale for any decisions made

Assess the transaction in the context of previous transactions and the client’s business/purpose of the account
-
Seek to build an understanding of the profile of customers highlighted through the transaction monitoring alert process

Make sure that CRM systems are fully updated, and accurate information is passed therein in relation to clients’ data

Investigate the individual alerts to determine if there is a potential suspicious transaction involved
-
Perform any other ad-hoc AML/Onboarding related tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Experience in a FI/PS/EMI will be considered an advantage
-
English at a high level (read, speech and written)
-
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Willing to attend several seminars
-
Working under pressure
-
Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Any comfortable communication in additional languages will be considered an advantage
