  • Guide new clients seamlessly through product adoption, assist in setup, and lead them through onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient integration experience with our offerings.
  • Provide educational materials and conduct thorough training courses.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of existing customers' evolving needs and requirements to effectively cross-sell and upsell products or services.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Maintain an intricate understanding of our diverse product and service range, collaborating with customers to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Promote the value of our products by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering enduring relationships.
  • Regularly communicate product improvements and updates to clients, actively gathering feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as their strategic partner to help achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as Sales, Support, and Backoffice, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive customer activation and renewals, acting as the primary advocate for clients within the company, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably in the forex industry.
  • Deep understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Possess fluency in English and native language.
  • Flexibility on working hours.
