You would ideally be a law or finance graduate and have some office experience or have previous experience working with insurance. Your level of experience is less important as our client offer excellent career development as well a great flexible working environment. What is important is your analytical ability and work ethic as well as your eagerness to learn. You will be working on either Claims, Corporate or Underwriting

Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese

The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries

Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset. But more important is a curiosity and an aptitude to learn far exceeds experience.
