On behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing Forex Broker Company with offices in Paphos and Limassol, GRS are recruiting a Compliance & Legal Administrator to join their team in Limassol.  If you hold a Law degree, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being a member of a goal-oriented team GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Compliance & Legal Administrator role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaising with all relevant departments and supporting areas within the Company
  • Ensuring on-going compliance and collaborate with relevant parties to meet reporting obligations
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely reporting to various jurisdictions in collaboration with various departments
  • Maintaining up to date compliance records (e.g. documents, logs, correspondence, reports, etc.)
  • Preparing/amending company/ies legal documents (clients’ agreements, affiliate agreements and other)
  • Drafting and revising policies and procedures and preparing reports
  • Addressing employees questions and advising on compliance matters
  • Ensuring that the Website/s have all the necessary information up to date according to regulatory requirements and Payment processors
  • Providing payment processors all necessary Company or Companies legal documents
  • Advising and assisting the relevant person responsible for carrying out the investment services to be compliant with the Law
  • Ensuring all legal documents are in place before hand and updated when needed
  • Working on related changes to the Company’s documentation
  • Reviewing, investigating and assisting with the resolution of client complaints
  • Performing any other assigned compliance-related tasks, including admin duties
  • Ensuring that all relevant information is included in the Company’s outsourcing agreements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc Degree holder in Law
  • Previous experience in the Forex Industry in Compliance will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English& Greek is a must 
  • Advanced drafting skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and confident
  • GDPR knowledge will be considered an advantage
