The successful candidate will be in charge of the Compliance function at a Group level, as well as to manage the local Compliance function of the Cyprus office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage new business onboardings and support client reviews.

Handle requests, such as amendments on existing client accounts in coordination with the Corporate Administration departments.

Provide Compliance and KYC related advisory to Management.

Be in charge of conducting Compliance audits.

Keeping up to date with the latest requirements and trends in offshore jurisdictions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of previous working experience in a senior compliance-related function, ideally within the fiduciary industry

Holder of CySEC Advanced or AML Certification

Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations

Tax experience (i.e., FATCA and CRS) will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of the CySEC ASP regulations and requirements

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
