GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join a dynamic Forex Trading company located in Limassol. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company’s full compliance with CySEC regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. This role is critical for obtaining and maintaining the CySEC license and ensuring that the company operates within regulatory frameworks. The Compliance Officer will also oversee all compliance-related functions for the company’s Cyprus branch and group companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements necessary for obtaining CySEC license.

Ensure the company adheres to CySEC, AML, and KYC regulations at all times.

Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate regulatory risks.

Develop and maintain anti-money laundering (AML) policies and report suspicious activities.

Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance gaps.

Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports and regulatory filings to CySEC.

Serve as the primary contact between the company and regulatory bodies such as CySEC.

Establish and update the company’s compliance manual, policies, and procedures.

Conduct compliance training for employees to ensure adherence to regulatory policies.

Investigate potential compliance breaches and take corrective actions as needed.

Work closely with legal team to ensure compliance integration across all business functions.

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and reporting obligations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.

Ability to interpret and apply CySEC and AML regulations effectively.

Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Ensuring accuracy in regulatory reporting and compliance procedures.

Ability to liaise with regulators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Capability to address compliance challenges proactively.

Experience in drafting and implementing compliance policies.

Familiarity with internal audits, regulatory reporting, and risk monitoring tools.

Ability to work with compliance software and regulatory reporting tools.
