MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out periodic compliance audits and perform regular monitoring.

Liaison with CySEC regarding updates and changes to the regulatory body and clarifying/interpreting these further where required.

Conducting KYC verification process for corporate clients and counterparties.

Conduct compliance monitoring of clients.

Enforce organization standards, policies, and procedures.

Escalating cases and issues to Management when needed.

Monitoring any suspicious activities, investigating and reporting them accordingly.

Develop and recommend operating policies and procedural improvements.

Responsible for AML procedures.

Working closely with the business on compliance measures.

Ensuring that any regulatory deadlines, such as the monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to CySEC, are met and assisting the preparation of those documents.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Educated to degree level in Law, Economics, Finance or other related subject or the equivalent.

CySEC Advanced certificate holder.
-
Extensive and current work experience in the financial services industry as a senior.

Fluency in English.
-
Previous experience in the wealth management industry will be considered advantageous. especially in the international/offshore space.
