DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, update, and implement internal procedures, policies, and manuals (Compliance Manual, AML Manual, Investment Services policies).

Conduct ongoing monitoring of the company’s operations, including: risk assessments; review of operational and trading processes; monitoring of marketing materials and client communications; oversight of client files (KYC, CDD, EDD).

Prepare and submit regulatory reports to CySEC (AML reports, Compliance Annual Report, etc.).

Deliver internal AML/Compliance training to employees.

Communicate with the regulator and external auditors.

Participate in incident investigations, analyse client complaints, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.

Prepare and conduct the annual internal risk assessments (ICAAP, AML Risk Assessment).

Ensure compliance with CySEC regulations, EU legislation (MiFID II, AMLD), and internal company policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 2–3 years of experience in a CIF, fintech company, investment or brokerage firm.

Understanding of KYC/AML processes, risk management, investment services

University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Certifications such as CySEC Advanced/Basic, AML, Compliance are an advantage.

English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
