GRS are looking for a motivated Conversion Agent to join a growing trading environment in Limassol. This role is ideal for someone with telesales experience who is confident speaking with clients over the phone and eager to develop within the FX/financial services sector. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, building rapport, and converting leads into active clients while delivering a professional and compliant customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Junior-level role

Proven telesales or call-centre experience (mandatory)

Languages: English and Arabic/Hindi as secondary

Confident communicating with customers by phone

Basic FX knowledge is an advantage but not required (training provided)
