A global Financial Services company is looking for a Corporate & Financial Services Lawyer to join their team in Malta. We are looking for a lawyer with excellent client relationship skills to assist the Advisory team with their growing client portfolio. The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer with an interest in corporate and financial services law, particularly capital markets, regulated financial services (insurance securities, banking and financial institutions), corporate governance and compliance and be fluent in Maltese and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong relationships with clients and be involved in business development;

Deliver knowledge to clients and drive business growth;

Familiar with finance (alternative capital markets, prospects MTF, Crowdfunding, ICOs);

Prepare and deliver internal and external training;

Provide technical expertise to existing and prospective clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of one years’ experience;

Qualified Lawyer

Fluent in Maltese & English

Keen to stay ahead of legislation and undertaken suitable training
