GRS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international organisation within the iGaming industry, for an experienced and highly organised Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to join their growing Legal Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional who combines strong paralegal expertise with an interest in legal operations, systems and process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house legal team and various departments across the business, supporting day-to-day legal matters as well as strategic projects relating to contract management, corporate governance, compliance and legal operations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal Operations
- Support the implementation and optimisation of legal processes, workflows and systems.
- Assist with the management and administration of legal technology platforms, including contract management tools, task management systems and online portals.
- Maintain legal databases, document repositories and records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and appropriate version control.
- Assist with the onboarding and ongoing management of external legal service providers.
- Support regulatory compliance and risk initiatives by coordinating filings, reports and policy reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase the efficiency of the Legal Department.
- Paralegal Support
- Draft, review and manage standard legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements and internal legal templates.
- Coordinate the execution, notarisation, legalisation and filing of corporate and commercial documents.
- Support entity management and corporate secretarial activities, including maintaining statutory registers, coordinating board meetings and assisting with annual filings.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or briefing notes for legal and business stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on legal deadlines, filings and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Legal Department as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A Paralegal qualification/certification would be considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years' relevant professional experience.
- Experience with contract review and corporate governance practices.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-signature tools, entity management software and task management systems.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages would be advantageous.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, international environment, ideally within technology, SaaS, iGaming or another regulated industry.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
