GRS Recruitment are pleased to partner with a reputable accounting firm based in Malta, seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator to join their professional team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Responsible for the collection and organisation of company contracts, agreements, accounting data and liaise with accounting/audit team for preparation of end of year financials.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on regulatory changes.
  •  Draft corporate documents (resolutions, minutes, share transfers) and arrange execution and filing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Correct record keeping of company’s operations.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 1–2 years in corporate administration or client-facing roles within a corporate services environment.
  • Familiarity with Maltese corporate law, MBR systems, and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Post-secondary qualification (such as diploma or equivalent).
